Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: September 1, 2026

At WEB DEVELOPER, we aim to provide high-quality web development and digital services.

Because our services involve digital work, development time, design, customization, and project resources, our refund policy depends on the stage and nature of the project.

1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a customer requests cancellation before we have started work on the project, the customer may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on whether any project preparation, administrative work, or third-party costs have already been incurred.

Refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once development, design, configuration, research, or other project work has started, a full refund may not be available.

If the customer requests cancellation after work has started, we may deduct the value of work already completed and any non-refundable third-party costs before issuing an eligible refund.

3. Completed Services

Once a digital service has been substantially completed and delivered according to the agreed project scope, the payment may become non-refundable.

If there is a problem with the delivered service, customers should contact us so that we can review and resolve the issue.

4. Revisions and Corrections

If the delivered work does not reasonably match the agreed project scope, we will make reasonable corrections where applicable.

Requests for new features, redesigns, additional pages, or changes outside the original scope may require an additional payment.

5. Refund Requests

To request a refund, contact us at:

Email: contact@web-developer.shop

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for the refund request

We may request additional information to verify the purchase and evaluate the request.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method where possible.

The time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

7. Non-Refundable Third-Party Costs

Certain costs paid to third-party providers may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Domain registration

  • Premium software licenses

  • Third-party plugins

  • Hosting services

  • Paid APIs

  • Stock assets

  • Other third-party services purchased specifically for the project

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, customers are encouraged to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

We will provide relevant transaction and project information to the payment processor when responding to legitimate disputes.
